How can we use Archivelink for Workflow Attachments?

We currently use business object ZBUS2032 for a credit release WF.

All the attachments (user uploaded like emails, office docs) and notes added to this WF are currently stored in SAP Office tables (SOOD, SOFM, SOC3, SOFFCONT1) and we clear these on a regular basis and end up deleting these attachments - we have far too much traffic going thru SAP Office.

Does anyone have any experience of how we can store ONLY these attachments to a CMS (we use OpenText)?

We already use GOS 'store business documents' to go to Opentext with the appropriate configuration in OAC0, OAC2 and OAC3.

We already have the ZBUS2032 entries in OAC3.

We do NOT want to to change the SOFFDB config and point everything to Opentext.

I'll really appreciate your help.
