Error downloading to excel

Hi All,

I am getting the following error "Error downloading to excel:Range Error overflow" while downloading the data to excel with long text description. I am able to download data without long text. Is there is any problem related to cell characters count, i have long text descriptions with nearly 500 characters.

Kindly guide me how to proceed.
