MATDOC table not available

Hi,

My demo system is on "On Premise edition 1511" but I am not able to see the changes as far as sLOG like MATDOC table are not available. Now how do I activate these changes.

Also how do I reconfirm that we are on 1511 instead of 1503 edition since my Basis team confirmed we are on 1511 edition. How can check in the system?
