Entry with language ES created in custom table automatically

Hi All,

We have faced an issue recently in our production system after ES language pack installation.

There were few custom tables (delivery class type C)  having entries in EN. Now we can see equal no of entries in ES have been created in those tables.

Can you help on understanding the possible reason behind this.
