Portal runtime error, when click on ESS

Hi Experts,

I'm trying to accessing the any application like ( Profile Talent, Assessment Document...etc) on ESS portal and  I am getting an error "An exception occurred while processing your request. Send the exception ID to your portal administrator. Exception ID 04:55_25/10/11_0047_14739050"

When I checked the log, it shows the error as "Deprecated scope of type SERVERSESSION_AT_LEAST_ONE_APP_SCOPE is used! Please replace the usage of scopes with new mechanism based on "Cross application session communication API".

Please help me to solve this issue.
